An International Financial “Shelf” company is a company that is already registered but has no activity. Metaphorically, it is put on “shelf” to “age”. The company can then be sold for reasons of:

  • Starting a company without the lengthy procedures of creating a new one.
  • Time efficiency in a special need business circumstance.
  • Requiring an earlier company registration date to accommodate a special business need.

Names of Seychelles Shelf Companies already registered and approved:

Company Name Date of Incorporation IBC NUMBER
Freemason Company Ltd 8-Aug-08 53,044

Important for you to know: The longer a company resides on the shelf the more expensive it will become due to renewal fees and other charges.
